Having a consultation with Philip

How it all began

An initial consultation takes between 1 and 1 ½ hours. Once you have booked an appointment you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire that you will need to complete and bring with you.

The assessment that you will have with Philip will involve discussing your current level of health and family medical history, so as to get a comprehensive health picture.

Philip uses a number of methods to arrive at a holistic diagnosis. He will examine your tongue and take your pulse, and diagnostic information can even be gathered from your face in accordance with Oriental medicine. He sometimes uses iridology and in certain cases will recommend certain blood tests.

He may use a bio-resonance machine to aid diagnosis, which means that you will need to remove shoes, socks and jewellery. It is best not to wear any perfume, deodorant and make up, so as to get the clearest readings from the energy screening.

A consultation with Philip is a unique experience as the causes of ill health are gradually uncovered and the beginnings of a health program are created. Diet is the basis of any restoration, and part of the questionnaire is a 7 day food diary.

In Hereford the cost for the first consultation is £120 for adults and £90 for children. Herbs and remedies are charged extra, at an average cost of £50.00. Philip usually sees people every two months, however if needed, he may want to see patients a month later or a week later depending on circumstances.

Follow up consultations and treatments usually last about 45 minutes; this will involve some reassessment and/or an Acupuncture treatment. The cost is £60.00 for adults and children.

Concessions are available and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Philip also sees patients in London, approximately once a month. Initial consultation is £180 a follow up costs between £90 and £120.
