Catherine Mort - Bodyworker

Catherine has been a practicing reflexologist, massage and body work therapist for the past 10 years, and has studied and taught yoga for the last 20 years.

Catherine has trained at the Jane Hider School of Natural Therapies and at the Hereford College of Technology receiving an ITEC diploma and an IIHHT diploma. Regular training courses ensure that her treatments utilize all of the latest techniques in body work.

Catherine's around the world travels have, among other things, seen her working as a volunteer at the Mother Teresa Home in Calcutta, and with a team of therapists in the Chinese government Orphanage to improve care and conditions for the children. Her compassion for other's suffering and desire to help those in need are the cornerstone of her therapeutic philosophy.

Sessions vary depending on individual needs. Catherine instinctually knows how to reach core issues in the body, and so a massage can range from a light touch to deep tissue work, rocking or stretching.
